The Surrey Skills Bootcamps at CISTC provide practical groundworks and plant operations training — giving you the skills and qualifications to start your career in construction.
This free, two-week, government-funded Surrey Skills Bootcamp offers hands-on training using real equipment at our purpose-built centre near Farnham. You’ll develop the knowledge, confidence and certifications that employers across Surrey and the wider region are looking for – helping you take your first step into a construction career.

Each Groundworks Plant Operations Surrey Skills Bootcamp runs as a two-week block, giving you hands-on training with real equipment and expert instruction at our Farnham centre.
