Who we are

Facilities

Our 2 storey 6,000 ft² training and development centre was opened in 2017. The ground floor houses a new canteen and toilets to service both CISTC course delegates and the Surrey Training Group members. The training facilities on the first floor consist of office space for CISTC and three large air-conditioned training rooms.

In September 2021, we opened our second training building. This new space consists of 6 air-conditioned state-of-the-art training rooms, 4 rooms with smart TVs and 2 large connecting rooms with wireless projectors. Toilets and a modern kitchen space, provide the ideal space to undertake a diverse range of courses to help bridge the skills gap.

We aim to provide the construction industry with a centre of training excellence and the resources that are needed to drive forward our passion for learning and shared knowledge.
