Due to the current Covid 19 restriction the SMSTS 5 Day Course has been adapted by CISTC in order to deliver a remote... learning course through Microsoft Teams. Despite being a first for all concerned, the course was excellent. The instructor Stuart delivered the course with great insight and used a range of teaching styles to engage all the participants in order to cover the large volume of K/U within the course. The only issue with the course was electronic textbooks having to be provided opposed to paper text books but this was a result of the circumstance. I would certainly recommend online training courses from CISTC, particularly to companies based in rural / remote locations.read more

Done my twin drum roller with dimi lovely man and taught me very well thanks to him I passed first time. Completed my 360 a month or so ago on a weeks course. Had Danny on day 1 for theory that was well thought out and... explained. For the vast majority of the practical training I had Deano. He was tip top, adapted his training methods for different learners, got you over ready for the test so you were able to go in confident. All round great experience with quality staff! Excellent facilities and friendly environment. We attended the NRSWA 1 day course (signing and guarding) with Mick... Borner. Extremely useful day. Mick was really helpful and clearly very experienced in this field (and lots of others!). Part classroom and part practical, just the right balance. I found the treating technique and methods used in the training really good and makes it easy to understand. I’ve also done my slinger signaller training through Danny Sullivan in 2018 in the same facility and was as good. .Fantastic customer service and friendly stuff .Nice and clean canteen, and great service. .Training centre feels like home, it’s well managed, and fully equipped. .Free parking.... I also wanna thank Elliot for sorting all this out, who was very helpful, and transparent. Defiantly Coming back for more training.....read more
