EUSR High Pressure Water Jetting

Operational training with practical instruction and assessment.

2 Days
£395 + VAT

Designed for operatives carrying out high-pressure water jetting, this course develops the knowledge and practical competence required to work safely.

Course content includes:

  • Water jetting legislation and best practice
  • Safe systems of work
  • Equipment inspection, maintenance and operation
  • Hazard identification and risk reduction
  • Correct selection and use of jetting equipment
  • Safe site set-up and protection of the public
  • PPE requirements and limitations
  • Environmental responsibilities
  • Practical high-pressure water jetting operation
Includes an end-of-course knowledge test and practical assessment.

Assessment & Registration

Operational-course delegates complete an end-of-course theory test and a practical assessment covering the safe deployment, operation and recovery of the jetting hose.

Successful candidates will receive the relevant EUSR Water Jetting registration. Refresher training is required every three years to maintain registration.

PPE Requirements

Delegates attending the practical operational course should bring:

High-visibility clothing
Safety boots
Safety helmet
Eye protection
Hearing protection
Suitable gloves
Important: Full facial protection is required when undertaking practical high-pressure water jetting activities.
