Important changes from SWQR

In October 2021, SWQR adjusted their terms so all candidates looking to renew their Street Works Qualification must now do so within 3 months of their card expiring.

Previously, a grace period of 5 years was given to renew cards once they had become invalid. As this has now been significantly reduced, we would like to remind our clients to ensure they book their NRSWA Refresher Course before their card expires.

The SWQR card obtained from an NRSWA qualification lasts for 5 years. In order for candidates to renew this qualification, they must attend a 2-day refresher course. If your card has been invalid for more than 3 months, you cannot renew it and will instead need to undertake a completely new assessment.
