CISTC Partnership with Hampshire Futures!

 

CISTC are delighted to announce our partnership with Hampshire Futures. Recently, we have started providing CSF courses at our first-class training centre. These training courses will provide opportunities for young individuals who are looking to start a career within the construction industry.

The courses offered will focus on PET 2 (General Construction Plant) and PET 3 (Civil Engineering) and will both run for 3 days.

PET 2 run by – two dedicated CPCS accredited trainers/testers. Includes: theory sessions looking at Forward Tipping Dumper, Ride on Roller, Telescopic Handler (suspended loads and slinger signaller) and 360 Excavator above and below 10t. This is followed by a practical introduction to plant machinery and then practical operational skills.

PET 3 run by- a dedicated NRSWA/EUSR accredited trainer. Includes: theory sessions looking at NRSWA Location of Underground Apparatus (Cable Avoidance Tools) and Abrasive Wheels Awareness. This is followed by practical activities and practical operational skills.
Each PET course includes, transport to and from the training centre, a cooked hot lunch each day and certification / ID card of awareness on completion.
