CISTC Booking Policy and Cancellation Policy

Training / Courses

Our booking policy for training courses states that courses must be cancelled before 10 working days of the course commencing. Therefore, if you wish to cancel a course within the 10 days a cancellation fee of 100% of the course cost will apply.

If the training course and test can be moved, we will endeavour to move it for you. This is always at the discretion of CISTC.

Furthermore, if we incur any administration costs, such as rebooking of CPCS tests, this will need to be covered in advance by you.

How to Cancel

To cancel a course you need to do it in writing. By email to info@cistc.co.uk or by post to:

CISTC, Rose Court, Rye Common Lane, Crondall, Surrey, GU10 5DD.
