Course Description

This Emergency First Aid at Work course is for anyone in the workplace who may need to train as a first aider. Participants will gain an understanding of how to manage serious incidents in the workplace, whilst learning several life-saving techniques.

Requirements:

A good level of written and spoken English is required to successfully complete this course. If you have any concerns regarding this please contact our office and we discuss available options (e.g. hiring a translator at an additional cost).

How is the course delivered / assessed:

This course comprises of a trainer lead presentation and assessment. Trainees will be called upon to share their experiences and thoughts throughout, to build on the course material.

What is awarded after completion of the course?:

Those candidates who complete the course and are deemed to have reached the required standard are issued with a certificate that is valid for three years.

Certification is dependent on the successful continuous assessment of the candidate, there is no final exam.
