The training can be conducted on your site if it meets the course requirements, or it can be done at our training centre. CPCS testing must be conducted at a test centre unless it is a designated “Off Centre Category”. Contact the CISTC team who can advise you.
To carry out a CPCS Test, an individual must have a CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test completed within the last 2 years. If you are unsure when you last took a test please contact us. You can also check online here.
If you need to re-sit the CITB Health, Safety and Environment Test, we have the facilities to do this when you are booked and attending training here at CISTC.
Our training courses last from one day to 7 days. This duration depends on the course that you are looking to book. It will also depend on the current operational experience that you have on a specific piece of plant equipment. Each course differs in the length of time and can be adapted to meet your needs.
Our website displays the latest scheduled courses. If the course you are interested in is not listed please contact us and speak to a member of our team who will try to accommodate your course needs.
All candidates need to bring their PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) along with photo I.D, CSCS/CPCS/NPORS registration number. For courses such as NRSWA Supervisors and Operatives candidates must bring a passport photo with them.
Full payment is required before the start of the training. We accept Credit/Debit Card(s), Cheque or Bank Transfer. If you want to pay for a course in installments/payment plan then please contact us and speak to a member of our team.
CITB levy payers will be able to claim back a rebate from the CITB on a number of our courses. Click here for further information.
